Fire City by Bali Rai

Fire City by Bali Rai is a book set in a future where demons have taken over the world and you either work for the Hell-fiends, stay out of their way or hunt them down. The latter is the job of the Resistance, who hide and during the Hunt, where the demons pick of the weak, save would-be victims and kill the demons. Martha is part of the Resistance and it is all she has ever known but when a stranger saves her life and kills the demons with weapons she has only heard about, she knows that her life is about to change. As the book progresses true intentions are revealed, demons are killed and a battle of wits commences!
I really enjoyed this book, it is written very well and the plot has many unexpected twists and turns! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes an interesting subject, great narrative and a surprising ending!
